Cancellation

Low season *: free cancellation until 24 hours before arrival. After that, the amount of one night will be charged for any stay of less than 3 nights. Or the amount of 2 nights for a stay of 3 nights or more.

High season *: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After that, the amount of one night will be charged for any stay of less than 3 nights. Or the amount of 2 nights for a stay of 3 nights or more.

In the event of a claim, the hotel management and the Client shall refer to the note from the DGCCRF.

No-show at the hotel

This is a commitment to keep the room available to the Client until the morning of the scheduled arrival date. The Client accepts to be automatically debited with the price of the room on his/her credit card number. The rules governing cancellations remain applicable, in particular concerning the amount debited according to the duration of the stay booked.

Shortened stay

For any interruption of stay not notified at least seventy-two (72) hours before the initially scheduled departure date, the value of one night will be invoiced by the hotel as compensation.

Arrival time

All reservations are kept In case of late arrival, the hotel reception must be notified.

Arrival and departure

Rooms are available from 2 p.m.
Rooms must be vacated by 11 am at the latest.

* Low season: 7 February to 3 April 2020

* High season: from 4 April 2020 to 3 January 2021
