The activities
Here are several small things that you might enjoy during your stay in Saint-Malo:
– The Corsair House on rue d’Asfeldt, it’s a shipowner’s house that is visited in the afternoon with its owner, very lively with many anecdotes about St Malo, but it’s in French and the hours are not fixed, so you need to check.
– Walking on the Grand Bé at low tide, leave 2 hours before low tide and cross the beach of Bon Secours to reach the islet where Chateaubriand is buried.
– Cité d’Alet on the side of St Servan, a pine forest 30 minutes on foot with a war memorial and breathtaking views of Dinard, then return via the Solidor Tower.
